Software for explanation and communication

Teachers and students have access to a range of digital tools to support students to communicate and present their work.

Written work can be presented in a more traditional way through Microsoft word, Publisher, PowerPoint and OneNote. Students can also access software on eduSTAR such as Comic Life to present historical events in a graphic form.

Digital technologies make it easy for students to access tools to present ideas and explanations orally, pictorially or via video.

Blogs and Wikis are a great way for students to present their work in a collaborative way where they can embed images and videos while participating in online discussions.
